What does this mean? Our goal at EMD is to master the process. We feel that too much praise is given to the event (i.e. the success achieved), as opposed to the process (the systematic hard work). Our philosophy is to utilize the best process possible at the time, and then evaluate daily how we can improve. If the process is perfected, the events can and will happen on their own.
